Charge The Raccoon
Introduction:
This raccoon is not the stereotypical raccoon. Masked bandits of the night are not suppose to be bad guys all the time. So welcome Charge The Raccoon.
This character is stronger and faster than Sonic The Hedgehog, all with the aid of electricity. But unlike Sonic, Charge is no fighter but a warm-hearted passivist. Which makes him a character that people can look up to.
Also like most of Vaporeon Lugia Krabby's characters, appearances are not everything. So this guy is no bad guy.

Story History:
Charge The Raccoon lives in the country of Copiusae. A self sufficient place with everything needed to live a prosperous life. Charge and his family reside in a small house near downtown Western City (the capital of Copiusae). Life was good for most of Charge's life 'til Robotnik showed up, wanting to have access to the countries resources. But also he wanted to get his hands on the myserious 'Yellow Streak.'
After Robotnik set up shop, he quickly tried to build his empire there and encouraged attacks on Western City. There was a rebel group that often fought off Robotnik's forces. Charge was involved in getting innocent people out of dangers way, mostly since he was fast and went unnoticed.
In one case, Sonic finds out about what Robotnik is up to and the Freedom Fighters go to Copiusae to help. Sonic is overwhelmed by Robotnik's army until Charge gets the blue hero out of there.
Sonic finds out quickly that Charge is the mysterious 'Yellow Streak' and asks for Charge to join the Freedom Fighters. Charge declines, being a passivist and leaves. But Robotnik knows this now as well, he had a robot spy on the speedy pair. He knows who Charge is (after finally seeing him for longer than a split second) and will do anything to robotitize Charge The Raccoon and destroy Sonic once and for all. Charge has no choice now, he will have to fight. (Sort of a lot like Sonic in more ways than one.)

General History:
Charge The Raccoon was created because of the obsession for having a Sonic character that was different than most. Charge was based over the need for speed, a good attack type and the fact that the raccoons in the backyard were great inspiration.
He was officialized July 4th, 2002.

Related Song(s):
-Linkin Park-Breaking The Habit
-It was a hard pressed decision to choose this song for Charge. Actually, it was a debate since I preferred having Linkin Park-Runaway, or Linkin Park-Easier To Run, just because of their running themes. Fact is, both were not rebellious enough, and too cowardly for Charge's nature, which is why Linkin Park-Breaking The Habit works best. It has the pace of actual running or movement, as well, it has a lot of emotion. It makes everything about Charge questionable, blameable, and best of all, confused! His fighting is passivism, and him breaking the habit is overcoming it. Although a plot spoiler, he's allowed one fight to prove his worth before leaving it.
